On-line Juror Orientation
 
BEFORE YOU PROCEED PLEASE READ THIS...

In order to successfully complete the On-line Juror Orientation, your computer MUST meet the minimum computer system requirements and you must be able to:

  • Dedicate time for completion
  • View streaming videos
  • Print a PDF document

NOTE: You must complete the orientation prior to 10:00 p.m. the Sunday before your report week. The orientation takes approximately one hour to complete.

 
 
Computer system requirements
  • Please close all background and foreground programs before continuing with the Orientation.
  • Computer:  Minimum Pentium III 800 mhz CPU or equivalent with at least 512 MB RAM.
  • Internet:  High speed or broadband Internet connection (e.g., DSL, Cable, T1, Satellite, Wireless).
  • Audio/Visual:  PC audio and video capabilities installed. PCs using Windows™ operating system will need Adobe Flash Player™ version 8x or higher. PCs with any other operating system will need QuickTime™ Media Player version 6 or higher.
  • Browser:  For PCs using Windows operating system, the site is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6.x or higher.
  • Printer:  Printer and Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the Certificate of Completion. Upon completion of the On-line Orientation, you must print out the Certificate of Completion and bring it to court when reporting. The site will automatically test your computer to determine if the Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed. You will be given the option to install the required software, if necessary.
  • If you are unable to view the videos or you are experiencing difficulty in viewing them properly, it may be due to your computer not meeting the necessary minimum computer requirements, or there may be a technical problem beyond our control. Please exit the Orientation and call 1-800-SRV-JURY (778-5879) to receive your reporting instructions.
